New partnership leverages diverse leadership experience in Human Services, Value Based Reimbursement and Organizational Performance Improvement to “Help Those Helping Others”.

Pittsburgh, PA: The BI Collaborative and CFHS are pleased to announce the formalizing of their working relationship in a partnering agreement. The agreement creates consistent collaboration between the two organizations to deliver optimal value to Human Service Providers. CFHS is a national consulting firm leader for the Human Services Industry delivering expertise in Organizational Performance Improvement, Value Based Readiness, Strategic Planning, M&A and other advisory, operational and clinical consulting services. CFHS founder, Stacy DiStefano, was a prior senior executive in multiple Human Service Providers and has created a consultancy of tenured senior leaders (from Provider organizations) that know the challenges Providers face daily and solution paths to those issues. The BI Collaborative is a technology firm solely focused on the needs of Human Service Providers. Their BI/analytics decision intelligence platform has 14 modules built specifically with the management insights needed by Human Service Providers. The BI Collaborative platform solves the problem of disparate data stored in multiple source systems (including excel) and eliminates 95% of the manual efforts to organize, measure, and report organizational data.

“This is a perfectly aligned partnership,” says Bob Hitson, Chief Growth Officer at The BI Collaborative. “CFHS is so highly regarded in the industry, and we couldn’t be more pleased to be partnering with them. So many Providers receive great consulting advice for organizational performance improvement or the transition to Value Based Reimbursement but then need the data and management insights. Our BI Platform is the technology enablement (or the HOW) for those transitions!”

“We have always been able to advise organizations on strengths, weaknesses, gaps, threats, opportunities and deliver strategic plans and roadmaps,” says CFHS CEO, Stacy DiStefano. “But now, to introduce them to an industry platform that delivers the management insights they need at a lower cost and faster time than they can build internally, is a game changer for Providers.”

The BI Collaborative is more than a technology platform, we are a community of like-minded providers sharing best practices, comparative data and preparing (with data) how to best tell each of their stories to consumers & payers as the industry transitions to Value Based Healthcare and Alternative Payment Models (APM’s).
